Russet Software And Support LLC is a software and technology services company founded in January 2025 and based in Southwest Missouri. We work with businesses that depend on software and technology — whether that means building something new, supporting what's already running, or helping teams navigate problems they don't have the in-house expertise to solve alone.
We're a small firm by design. You talk directly to the people doing the work. There are no layers of project managers, no account executives, and no ticket queues. When you have a question, you get an answer from someone who actually understands your project.

How We Think
We believe in being straightforward. We give honest estimates, explain things in plain language, and tell you when something isn't a good fit for us. If a project is too large for our team or outside our expertise, we'd rather say so upfront than take your money and deliver half-finished work. That's not how we operate.
Everything we build for you belongs to you. We don't use proprietary frameworks or vendor lock-in strategies. When a project is done, you own the code, the documentation, and the freedom to take it wherever you want.

We've been working with Linux since 1995, building software for businesses of all sizes, and supporting production systems through the kinds of problems that only show up in the real world.
